Ingredients:
Clams (Tisryo): Freshly cleaned
Oil: For sautéing
Garlic & Ginger: Finely chopped or paste
Onion & Tomato
Turmeric & Red Chili Powder
Salt: To taste
Home-made Garam Masala: For that authentic aroma
Kokum
Grated Coconut
Coriander Leaves: For fresh garnishing
Instructions:
Clean the clams and boil them until the shells open. Reserve a little bit of the water (stock) for the sukha.
Sauté ginger, garlic, and onions until translucent.
Add tomatoes and spices, cooking until soft.
Toss in the clams and Kokum to bring out the flavors.
Grated Coconut and Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot!
