Part 3 of 4 - our April 2018 trip to the Duncan Road in the Kimberleys, Western Australia. This part shows our trek into Lake Argyle and the unique Bungle Bungles - the Bungles have been around for 350 million years but the striking Bungle Bungle Range ('the Bungle Bungles') in World Heritage-listed Purnululu National Park was a secret from the outside world until 1983.
Lake Argyle is an immense freshwater lake formed by the damming of the mighty Ord River which has created an amazing marine environment surrounded by spectacular red cliffs and gorges
