This class gently introduces you to the practice of Yin Yoga. Beginning with simple breath observation and then moving into passively held poses targeted at slowly releasing tension held in the connective tissues of the body. This is an excellent class to let go of the ‘busyness’ of every day, improving posture, melting tension held in your shoulders and hips and naturally settling into a more meditative state of mind.
Jade specializes in teaching Yin Yoga. She offers the practice to help improve people’s health and vitality and to broaden their yoga experience to include the softer, more mindful aspect of Asana.
