Описание: The Jamf Classic and Jamf Pro APIs provide powerful ways to access commands programmatically. In this session we will hear how each API was used along with Swift to allow educators and front-line support professionals to easily perform common actions in Jamf Pro and allow admins to quickly select a purchased VPP app and assign it using class rosters and device groups. By blending the API along with Swift, tools can be built to create apps and workflows allowing you to delegate responsibility and give more users the ability to help students in the classroom. We will see sample code and step using the new Swift 4 JSON handling by using Xcode’s playground feature to watch how code retrieves relevant data and writes back the changes to the server making it easier than ever to use both Jamf APIs.
