Low Carb Cinnabundt Cake

1 cup almond flour, sifted
1/4 cup monkfruit sweetener
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Dash of salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring

Icing:
1/3 cup Swerve confectioners
1 1/2 Tb almond milk


Mix together the almond flour, monkfruit, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Next add the melted butter, almond milk, vanilla flavoring and beaten eggs.
Mix and combine until well blended.
Pour into preheated Dash bundt maker and lower lid. Allow to cook for about 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool before adding icing.
Recipe yields about 3 mini cakes.
