The Real Italian Baked Pasta

Today I'm making something I truly love for the holidays. Baked Pasta. Warm and comforting, especially in these cold days. It's a perfect shareable dish for the holidays, with a truly outstanding quick meat sauce (made in a pressure cooker for convenience). This was so good and I hope you guys can make it and try it. Let's bake it together.

INGREDIENTS:

For the meat sauce:
4 Beef Short Ribs
2 Celery Stalks
2 Carrots
1 Large Onion
2 Tbsp Tomato Puree
1/2 Glass of White WIne
690 g Passata
Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper (1 tsp of Ghee optional)

For the Bechamel:
500 ml Room Temp Milk
50 g All Purpose Flour
50 g Butter
50 g Parmiggiano Reggiano
1 tsp of Nutmeg
Salt and Pepper
