Описание: A shocking case of government job fraud has been exposed in Uttar Pradesh! Meet Jayaprakash Singh, a man who managed to work in two different government departments at the same time for 17 long years.
He joined the Health Department in Pratapgarh in 1979 and later used the same documents to become a teacher in Barabanki in 1993. For almost two decades, he was drawing regular salaries and allowances from both departments. The "parda-fash" (exposure) happened in 2009 after an RTI was filed by Prabhat Singh.
The Barabanki Court has now found him guilty and sentenced him to 7 years of rigorous imprisonment with a ₹30,000 fine. Most importantly, the court has ordered the recovery of every single rupee he drew as salary from the government treasury.
