How I Healed Myself with my Voice

Описание: I want to share a personal story of my early life with my family to show you that it is possible to come through tragic circumstances and not only survive, but thrive. And I am convinced that the work that I did to build my voice as a student, performer, teacher and now a sound healer, was a huge factor in this.

As I became more and more comfortable with opening up my sound and subsequently sharing it with others, I noticed that I started to become more of who I really was, more authentic and less afraid to share my feelings. Learning to own the power of my voice has been a lifelong journey.
