The name "Tiramisu" translates to "pick me up" or "cheer me up" in Italian. While its exact origin is debated, it is believed to have been invented in the Veneto region of Italy in the 1960s.
Ingredients (1 portion):
• 25g chia seeds
• 110ml almond milk
• 5g dark chocolate
• 200g 0% Greek yogurt
• 1 tsp soluble coffee
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 tsp dark chocolate chips
Notes:
• Setting Time: For the best texture, make the chia pudding the night before and let it set in the fridge overnight.
• The Coffee: Be sure the coffee dissolves fully in the yogurt and honey to create a smooth, flavorful cream.
Instructions:
1. Make the Pudding: In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, milk, and dark chocolate.
2. Leave for a few hours in the fridge or overnight until it thickens.
3. Make the Cream: In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, soluble coffee, and honey until smooth.
4. Layer: Take a glass and create layers, alternating the chia pudding and the coffee-yogurt cream.
5. Garnish: Finish the top layer with the dark chocolate chips.
