Ardha Baddha Padmottanasana ( Half Bound Lotus Standing Forward Bend) is an advanced yoga pose in ashtanga primary series which stretches the hamstrings,hips while improving your balance.
We fold one leg into half lotus pose and go for forward bend after binding the hand from behind.
👉Note - Beginners can practice with both the hands stretched down instead of bind to achieve the balance.
