The snow on Sunday afternoon put a stop to my activities and exploring on Monday, so instead I put on my hiking boots, grabbed the dog and went for a walk in the snow from Whitwell to Creswell Crags in Derbyshire.
Starting from Whitwell and walking over the top of the quarry, I follow the Robin Hood railway line and see the entrance to Whitwell Quarry tunnel.
I then pass above the small town of Creswell before walking around the pre-historic stone age Creswell Crags and it's frozen lake.
