Used Grasso/GEA cool-/freeze pump installation, this cool-/freeze pump installation has always been maintained by GEA and is equipped with the following main components: 3 pieces Grasso/GEA screw compressors type P-527 with 250 kW Schorch E-motor each (can also be replaced by smaller E-motors), water-cooled oil coolers, oilpump, Grasso controller, 2 pieces Grasso/GEA screw compressors type H-61 with 90 kW Schorch E-motor each, water-cooled oil cooler, Grasso controller. Furthermore, this installation is equipped with a switchboard cabinet with Siemens S7 PLC, low pressure separator with 2 pieces ammonia liquid pumps, eco drum and air-cooled condensers. For warm countries we can also offer this installation with an evaporating condenser. Mentioned cooling capacity with the refrigerant R717 is at an evaporating temperature of -40°C with eco and +35°C condensing. Cooling capacity at an evaporating temperature of -10°C with 3 pieces P - compressors is 1569 kW, absorbed power 410 kW.
