How is a 'FAST CLASS' structured?
I’ll take you through 4 sets of drill sequences. Each drill sequence lasts for 48 bars. When we complete sequence number 4, we are going back to the top & making our way through all 4 again.

What do the drills focus on?
Our 3 T's: Turnout, Toe Height & Tension in the legs.
Our 3 P's: Posture, Placement & Pointing.

Anything else?
This 'Fast Class' also creates a lovely opportunity for you to work on your timing & control. Focus & be precise throughout if you can!

Make the most of the educational tips throughout. They're beneficial for dancers of all abilities. Remember, there’s always room for improvement when it comes to the basics & classes like these remind me of what I need to continue working on.
