Bihu is all here to enjoy food and fun making so have this sweet recipe of Bihu pitha.crispy and delicious sweety pitha.
By mistake using fold of pitha correct word is wrapping.wash,soak,drain bora rice about 2 cups.
Roast,grind 1 cup sesame seeds
Mix grinded sesame seeds with 1 cup jaggery.
Flame a flat iron skillet temper well turn flame to low
Put a scoop of rice flour spread and pressure it make a circular or oval shape.
add a spoon of sesame mixture
Wrap it by using fingers or spetula or spoon
Press it for 5 second
Our pitha is ready
So make all pithas using all flour.
