Quick and easy recipe of tel pitha|in hindi|assamese Bihu pitha|dhup pitha/crispy rice pitha

Cooking time 20 mins
Preparation time 15 minutes
1 1/2 cup rice flour
1 cup jaggery
1cup water
Oil to deep fry
1/4tsp salt
1/4 tsp fennel seed
Make a mixture of jaggery and water
Take rice flour add the mixed water
Make a batter
Rest for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes pour rest of jaggery water make a thick batter
Heat oil to deep fry
Pour 1 spoon batter
Fry both side make all pithas like this
