While my sourdough cinnamon rolls were rising, I squeezed in a short, intense workout.
This is a Move While It Rises session featuring weighted burpees with 10 lb dumbbells — no perfection, no editing, just real life movement.
The workout includes:
2-minute warm-up (with and without weights)
30 seconds work / 30 seconds rest
Weighted burpees (modify as needed)
Short cool down
Perfect if you:
Don’t have much time
Want a quick cardio + strength workout
Believe that done is better than perfect
