An emotional day in my life feelings my feels and rolling with it. This unexpectedly turned out to be quite an emotional day and I think part of the reason why is because I'm learning to allow myself to feel more and not supress negative emotions when they arise. It feels comforting and strangely peaceful to let emotions wash over you when you remember throughout that you are just here experiencing them rather than being consumed by them.
