Ritualising my daily routine has been deepening my capacity to pay attention to the simplest of things, to use my imagination and find joy and awe in what we have been tricked into perceiving as boring or mundane. I've been pondering on the thought of time being something to live in and inhabit, rather than simply pass through. This has been helping me witness the richness in the little moments that weave every day together. My daily rituals flow from my morning skincare and self massage, to journaling, reading at a cafe before the gym, preparing a nourishing breakfast and eating it without distraction, bring all of my focus into work hours at my laptop and sinking into a creative flow at night, letting my imagination stretch as I write and sketch.
