But does that mean you should count every calorie in the day? In this video we go over the basics of calorie counting for the everday athlete and look at how that plays a role in their nutrition.
Whether you're a runner, triathlete, cyclist or your goal is to lose weight, gain weight or put on muscle... The principles are all the same.
