Kerry always uses the Mortgage Coach Total Cost Analysis as the centerpiece of his in-person Zoom buyers consultation or as a set up for a scheduled call so his email intro is usually very simple, something of the lines of:
“Hi Borrower, I’m looking forward to our call at 11AM. This link will take you to a comprehensive mortgage analysis that we will review during our time together: (MC link). I look forward to speaking with you then!”
He always customizes the link so that it reads “Smith Report” rather than the short URL. From there he always uses the MC LIVE preview to review it, whether presenting in-person on my TV in-office or in over the phone or Zoom.
