This is apparently a huge favorite among many Optavia 5&1 users. Here is how I made mine
Egg Roll in a Bowl
2 servings
1 Leaner, 1 Healthy Fat, 3 Greens, 3 Condiments
12 oz. lean ground turkey (97% lean) - cooked weight
6.25 oz. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. sliced green onion
2 t. fresh ginger, grated
2 t. minced garlic (2 cloves)
2 T. low sodium soy sauce
2 t. sesame oil (divided)
1 t. everything but the bagel seasoning (divided)
Lightly spray a covered frying pan with nonstick spray.
Cook turkey until fully cooked and weigh out 12 oz. Return those 12 oz. back to the pan and the heat.
Add the cabbage, green onion, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce. Stir until well combined. Cover and let simmer for 5-10 minutes until veggies are tender.
Weigh the mixture to divide evenly into 2 servings. Drizzle each serving with 1 t. sesame oil and sprinkle each with 1/2 t. everything but the bagel seasoning.
