Egg Kabab or Egg Cutlets is a very tasty and Crispy fried recipe which can be enjoyed with any dip of your choice
METHOD
1.Boil and mash three potatoes
2.To it add
Chopped onions - 2 tablespoon
Chat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped ginger - 1 teaspoon
Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped curry leaves - 1 teaspoon
Mix well
