Описание: Many of us breathe with the wrong muscles. The scalene muscles in our neck are secondary breathing muscles. However due to technology use, stress, or poor movement patterns, over time we end up using these muscles more than we should. we end up very tight in our neck and at the extreme we have headaches, jaw pain, or numbness and tingling in our arms and hands. The diaphragm is a very efficient breathing muscle and should be driving our athletic performance. Here's a tutorial on how to breathe properly at a basic level. Then an example of how to integrate this into your running.
