Exercise #1: Wide grip pulldowns 4-5 sets, 10-15 reps
Exercise #2: Hammer Strength Machine Rows 4 sets, 8-10 reps
Exercise #3: T-Bar Rows 4 sets, 10 reps
Exercise #4: Seated Wide Underhand Cable Row 3-4 sets, 12 reps
Exercise #5: Rope Cable Pullover 4 sets, 12-15 reps
Exericse #6: Close Grip Pulldowns 3-4 sets, 10 reps
