LEG WORKOUT #2 (Hamstring & Glute Focus)
1. Seated Leg Extensions - 15 reps
SUPERSET w/ (4 rounds / sets)
2. Seated Leg Curls - 10 to 12 reps
3. Barbell Straight Leg Deadlifts - 3 sets x 8-10 reps
4. Leg Press (Wide & Foot Stance) - 3 sets x 20 reps
5. Lying Single Leg Leg Curls - 4 sets x 12-15 reps
6. Hyperextensions - 3 sets x 15 reps
