This week's KETO grocery haul for my family comes mainly from LOWES FOOD, and a bit from Walmart! I am working hard to loose weight, reduce inflammation in my body, and just feel better in general. Eating a Ketogenic diet is the best way I have found to accomplish my goals! I cannot get over how easy it is to feed my family well, while also eating strictly keto myself!

Included in my Keto grocery haul, as is true in almost all of my hauls, is some food that are specifically for my kiddos and not keto. I just like to make sure I say that!
