Hoe Downs are a 3 minute move that packs a big punch. It will raise your heart rate to give you a cardio kick, balance your blood sugar, reduce blood pressure when done consistently, tighten and tone your body, balance hormones (I know...REALLY?) and even helps to balance your brain due to it's left/right movement patterns.
One thing we now know about keeping our brain functioning optimally is it requires challenge. If we always do things the same way over and over, we aren't challenging the brain or our body.
So I thought it would be fun to change up the count that we do our Hoe Downs. This will definitely challenge your brain.

The count is backwards from the way we always do it. 1/2/4's.
