Of course, outward excitement does not always reflect true happiness, yet the infectious energy of Black Africans is fascinating. This characteristic is also evident among Black people in the Western Hemisphere, even though they have not had direct contact with the continent for centuries. Could this be genetic?
Are factors such as higher GDP, guaranteed pensions, comprehensive healthcare systems, democratic governance, and material wealth the true determinants of happiness?
