📝 Ingredients:
Paneer – 500 gm 🧀
Tamatar – 8 medium 🍅
Pyaz – 5 🧅
Garlic – 8–10 cloves 🧄
Adrak – 1 inch 🫚
Hari mirch – 4 🌶
Dhaniya stem + thoda patta 🌿
Kaju – 15–20 🥜
Butter – 3–4 tbsp 🧈
Kashmiri lal mirch – 1 tsp
Namak – swad anusar
Ghee – 1 tsp (optional)
Kewda water – 2 drops (optional)

👨🍳 Method:
1. Paneer ko cubes me cut karke garam namak wale paani me 10 min soak karein. (Paneer soft aur juicy ho jaayega).
2. 3 pyaz slice karein (gravy ke liye) aur 2 pyaz finely chop karein (tadke ke liye) 6 tamatar roughly chop + 2 tamatar finely chop karein.
3. Kadhai me butter garam karke usme daal dijiye sabut masale (kali mirch, laung, dalchini, tez patta).
Ab sliced pyaz + chopped tamatar + namak + Kashmiri mirch powder + dhaniya stem + hari mirch + kaju daal kar 10–12 min tak pakayein. Thanda hone ke baad is mixture ko blend karke smooth paste banayein aur chhan lijiye.
4. Dusri kadhai me butter garam karke finely chopped pyaz golden karein.
Adrak-lasun paste + thoda mirch powder daalein, phir chopped tamatar daalein aur tel alag hone tak bhunein.
5. Ab blended gravy daal kar 5–6 min tak slow flame par pakayein.
6. Ab soaked paneer cubes gently daalein. Thoda butter + ghee daal kar stir karein.
Final touch ke liye kewda water ke 2 drops daalein.
7. Garnish karein fresh dhaniya se aur serve karein garma-garam naan, roti ya tandoori ke saath.
