“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” — Isaiah 40:31
We close the week the same way we began — with God’s Word leading and His presence strengthening us. Today’s Workout Worship Friday is a core-focused workout, designed to build stability, control, and endurance from the inside out.
Just as the core supports the entire body, our faith in Christ is what holds us steady through every season.
🕒 Workout Format
🔥 5-minute Warm-Up
🏋🏽♀️ 20-minute Strength Training
• 45 seconds work / 15 seconds rest
• 4 sets per exercise
🚶🏾 20-minute Cardio (your choice — walk, run, bike, row, treadmill, step-ups, etc.)
🧘🏾♀️ 5-minute Cool Down Stretch
💪 Today’s Strength Moves (Standing Core + Full Body)
1️⃣ Standing Overhead Dumbbell March
2️⃣ Standing Cross-Body Dumbbell Punches
3️⃣ Alternating Forward Lunge with Twist
4️⃣ Bent-Knee Hollow Hold
5️⃣ Supermans
This workout targets:
Deep core stability
Balance and control
Endurance and discipline
🙌 Every controlled movement is worship. Every hold builds endurance. Every rep reminds us that our strength is renewed when our hope is in the Lord.
🎒 Bring: Dumbbells, mat (optional), water, towel — and your faith.
📖 We begin early for prayer and scripture. When the timer starts, it’s go time — no pausing, no breaks.
