She loved to do many many things with us, including going on walks on the banks of Blue Tent Creek, or right in the gravel creekbed when it was dry. In the winter months, the water of Blue Tent Creek ran behind the property at my parents house and she loved it.

What can I say about my mom. Volumes. But that would never be enough to describe how much she meant to myself and to so many. She was a beautiful, creationary, and artistic spirit. She loved being outside, and she loved kids. She was an author and a therapist, specializing in play therapy for children. She was very talented at many things. She was beloved by all who knew her. She is irreplaceable and unforgettable. It goes without saying that I miss her. There is a hole in my heart that is gradually filling again, and healing, with creations of new memories doing things that would not have been possible without her influence.

This composition will be part of an album inspired by the lives of both my parents. Please enjoy this soothing piano music relaxing piano background music. My mother was a classically trained pianist, and my father played country guitar and harmonica. In their honor I'm creating an album of music mixing the two genres in what I call 'American Roots Classical' (ARC).
