This video is to give you a little help when training your shoulders and back at home using your TRX (or equivalent suspension trainer).
Here, we look at the Posterior Chain - specifically focusing on the Is, Ys & Ts.
Usual principles apply when engaging your core and not letting your lower back arch or sag.
For climbing conditioning - do 8-12 reps to supplement your other training.
These reps will obviously vary if you are looking for muscle mass or power gains.
Always consult with a personal trainer as to how you should adapt these to your training.
