1 cup of oatmeal (100 g)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
150 ml of milk
2 bananas
1 tbsp of chia seeds + 40 ml milk
20 g of walnuts
100 g of dark chocolate
3 tbsp of yogurt
For the ganache:
Baking pan 15x15 cm
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
