2 eggs
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Pinch of salt
Honey 50 g (or you can substitute maple syrup or another sugar substitute)
Hot water 80 ml (1/3 cup)
Instant coffee 1 tsp
Olive oil 70 ml
Unsweetened cocoa powder (2 tablespoons)
Flour 90 g
Baking powder (1 tsp)
Baking pan 15x15 cm
175°C (350°F), bake for 30-35 minutes.
For the ganache:
Dark chocolate without sugar 80 g
Milk 30 ml
Melt using your favorite method
