INGREDIENTS FOR RUSSIAN KEBAB:
-400 gm boneless chicken
-3 medium sized potato
-8 garlic
-2" ginger
-4 green chilli
-1 tsp cumin
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-Garam masala powder
-2 tbs corn flour
-2 eggs
-Bread crum
-1 carrot grated
-1 capsicum finely chopped
-8 French beans finely chopped
-Oil for frying
-Salt
PROCEDURE:
Make a fine paste of ginger, garlic, cumin, black pepper and green chilli.
In a pressure cooker take chicken, potatoes and masala paste.Add salt and one cup water.
After one whistle slow down the flame and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Mash the potatoes and shread the chicken.
Heat a pan add 2 tbs oil add all the vegetables. Cook till vegetables soften.
Add mashed potatoes, chicken. Mix well.
Add chicken stock, garam masala powder, corn flour.
Cook till mixture becomes thick.
Turn off the flame. Let the mixture cool completely.
Make bread crumb in a grinder.
Beat egg. Add a pinch of salt in it.
Make kabab, dip it in egg, coat it with bread crumb.
Fry until golden from both the sides.
