We ran some market research among B2B SaaS companies and came up with three key findings:
1. There is a growth gap between the maturity level of a company's revenue growth architecture, and the maturity level that they need their revenue growth architecture to be at to support their go-to-market strategy in order to take their products to market and drive revenue.
2. There is a misalignment between what leadership thinks their MOPs and RevOps teams are doing and what they're actually doing.
3. There is too much focus on the teams and team structure for MOps and RevOps, and not enough focus on what they're delivering and what that value is.
