Nikita leads and strategizes all the 10 projects of the Karma Foundation. Because of her work in a variety of fields, she obtains great exposure from different fields that help expand her knowledge and wisdom. She has also worked in One News Channel as News Anchor, Voiceover Artist, Producer, and Script Writer. She likes the concept of Abstract and encourages them in kids through an initiative called "Masumiyat" to promote art in children. A fictional story of hers will also be published in Pause and Pen with other co-writers.
