Hyderabad. The Telangana government is taking steps towards providing a permanent solution to the traffic woes at the intersections of Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills, the busiest areas of the city. The groundbreaking ceremony for the ambitious construction of seven flyovers and seven underpasses around KBR Park was held at Mugdha Junction on Friday. In the wake of this massive construction work, traffic restrictions have come into effect in the surrounding areas from today (Saturday).
నగరంలోని అత్యంత రద్దీ ప్రాంతమైన జూబ్లీహిల్స్, బంజారా హిల్స్ కూడళ్ల వద్ద ట్రాఫిక్ కష్టాలకు శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం చూపే దిశగా తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం అడుగులు వేస్తోంది. కేబీఆర్ పార్క్ చుట్టూ ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా చేపట్టనున్న ఏడు ఫ్లైఓవర్లు, ఏడు అండర్ పాసుల నిర్మాణ పనులకు శుక్రవారం ముగ్ధా జంక్షన్ వద్ద భూమి పూజ నిర్వహించారు. ఈ భారీ నిర్మాణ పనుల నేపథ్యంలో ఇవాళ్టి (శనివారం) నుంచి ఆ పరిసర ప్రాంతాల్లో ట్రాఫిక్ ఆంక్షలు అమలులోకి వచ్చాయి.
