In this tutorial, I walk through a complete Grasshopper workflow for generating a tessellated timber frame system with bolted steel junctions. Starting from a referenced SubD or mesh geometry, this script panelises the surface and automatically generates timber studs, steel bracket junctions, bolts, external panels, and decals, all fully parametric and ready to bake.
The workflow is designed so you can reference in your own geometry, control panel density, frame thickness, stud length, steel bracket dimensions, bolt spacing, and panel thickness — allowing you to quickly explore fabrication-ready structural systems directly inside Rhino and Grasshopper.
