Описание:
-Lie face up, placing a lacrosse ball into the lower back area.
-Make sure not to place the ball on the bones of your spine.
-Rotate your pelvis back to flatten your back and place pressure on the ball.
-Bend your knee up, and rotate it side to side to release your QL.
-Repeat for 30 seconds, or until you feel the muscle release.
