Sudoku's Dutch Fog!

Tim Hasselaar is a relatively new name in the world of sudoku construction and this is Simon's first chance to try one of Tim's puzzles. It's called Dutch Summer and it's a fog-of-war sudoku and some excellent and surprising logic. This one is a lot of fun if you give it a chance!

Normal sudoku rules apply

It's summer in the Netherlands! Unfortunately that still means there's a high chance of bad weather, and thus fog.

Unique to the Dutch summer, the (orange) 'dutch whisper' lines are also region sum lines. ie 1) Adjacent digits along the a line must differ in value by at least 4; and 2) the 3x3 box borders divide each line into segments; the segments along an individual line must each have the same sum.

Additionally, every 2x2 square of cells must contain a low digit (1,2,3); a middle digit (4,5,6); and a high digit (7,8,9). Placing a correct digit might clear extra fog. Guessing is not required.
