We've had a few recommendations and requests to tackle this remarkable puzzle by Las4one called FUll Rankillers. It's had very few solves and this might be because it is VERY VERY HARD!! What does Simon make of it?!

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply within the central 9x9 area.
Full Rank: The digits in columns and rows, read in both directions, make a total of 36 nine-digit numbers. Cells outside the grid have a value equal to the rank in ascending order among those 36 numbers for the indicated column or row in the direction of the cell. Digits may not repeat within a cage. A double-digit clue inside of a cage prevents both of its digits from appearing anywhere else in the same cage (this means 11, 22 and 33 may not appear in a cage, and 8 and 18, for example, may not appear in the same cage). A double-digit clue may include zero.
