Alex's 2011 Ford SVT Raptor 6.2L Wash + Drive | WASHWEDNESDAY

Описание: A filthy Ford Raptor with a lovely lady behind the wheel? Sounds like it's time to wash & drive with another WASHWEDNESDAY!

Alex gives us a full review of her 2011 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor 6.2L finished in stunning White with trademark black "Claw mark" vinyl graphics. The 6.2L version of the Ford Raptor has more power than the prior 5.9L, and this one came as a Super Crew Cab, or SCREW for short. Her previous vehicles include a Ford Mustang and a Nissan Xterra, but Alex knew that one day an SVT Raptor would be hers from the moment she laid eyes on it.

On WASHWEDNESDAY, trucks need love too. Therefore we wanted to introduce The Rag Company's Cyclone Wash Mitt, as well as the Cyclone 10X Microfiber Wash Pad into the mix. This is our new pride and joy that does amazing with soap and water washes. It produces a dramatic amount of suds and looks damn good doing it. As always, we used our VERY green wheel brushes to clean up the wheels and tires for a brand new look. We followed up with Optimum Tire Shine for the meaty tires and Opti-Seal for our paint drying aid with the Twist N' Shout drying towels. The results left us with a glistening metallic paint job.

Alex was excited to finally get a handle on how to properly take care of her trucks paint and keep it swirl free. If you're curious on how to wash a truck the right way, this would be a good place to start!

The driving portion of this weeks episode was a bit...tame, but we explore the interior of the Raptor as well as some of the additions and modifications that make Alex's Ford F-150 special.
