Witch fights on motorcycles!
Or... whatever this metal thing we're riding is. You know what I mean.
I think people generally agree that high-speeds can make things cooler, whether it be card games or witch fights, and I really liked the sense of motion in the labyrinth.
I was going to type a wordy intro, but thought better of it. _Long story short: I'm running low on opponents for low-rarity challenges, so we're branching out into 3-star only runs! Both due to the inherent weakness of 3-stars and my not having invested heavily in many of them, this opens up many bosses that would otherwise be too weak for fully-built 4-stars to be seriously challenged by. It also gives some characters who would otherwise never see use a chance to shine.
Merely winning this fight was not especially difficult: I correctly surmised that Hazu3's buff removal would wreak havoc on Gisela's buff-heavy fighting style. This fight was meant to be a proof-of-concept, as well as an excuse to use Natsuki, the idea of building whom has literally been used as a meme on the Exedra Discord. However, because winning wasn't difficult, I wanted to win with style, during the first break. This proved much more difficult than anticipated...
Kako can only attack twice during break, if we time it correctly, and since there are no special attacks, this deals less damage than one would hope. Thus, we need to do considerable damage before break, and break slowly. Kako can only get two attacks in if there is a long break window and she gets her turn near the beginning of it. This normally only occurs during a few very specific windows, none of which are favorable to us. I gave Kako a speed portrait not only to open up break timings, but so she could out-speed Gisela and land hits just before her barrier went up, rather than just after.
Natsuki provides an attack and damage% buff to the team on skill, making her surprisingly potent for a 3-star. The catch: the damage% only applies if she is at 80% HP or above. We give her our best defense portrait to hold onto these gains. The extra damage on Kako's skill and the extra speed on Hazu3's ability only apply if they are above 50%, so we must heal judiciously to maintain our momentum. Gisela's attacks (and Wound damage) scale off her defense, so Hazu3's defense down and buff removal also help us defensively. Meiyui reprises her role as SP bot from Nightmare Birdcage, while dealing a little actual damage on the side. Konoha is the only viable 3-star healer, as Yuma3 is single-target.
There are some other moving parts in this fight, like the action advance Gisela gets when you hit her barrier (there is currently a visual bug where break depletion doesn't immediately show on barrier hits), but I don't want to get too far into the weeds there. Let's just say I had this down to a science by the time I was satisfied with a run. But the recording had no sound so I had to do it over. At least Natsuki showed up at the end during the redo, since I'm not sure when we'll be able to use her again.
Unfortunately, there are several bosses that are likely impossible with 3-stars (or at least impossible under the recommended power). There are no 3-stars that inflict or cleanse ailments, so any bosses requiring that are likely out. There are also no 3-star void characters, and a dearth of characters in certain other element/role combinations. It is much more restrictive than general low-rarity in terms of teambuilding, but at the same time, having an excuse to use characters I would otherwise never touch is part of the fun! We'll do our best!

Magnus Von Grapple is the OST of "Goofy aaah Robot", is it not? Gisela is a weird combination of threatening and silly. The way she awkwardly shuffles around when attacking you is honestly just funny. I do like her actual OST, though, so I left it in for the climax.
As always, thank you so much for watching. Any likes, comments, and constructive criticisms are greatly appreciated.
