This 40 minute total body HIIT workout will accelerate your heart rate to burn massive calories which working on your strength and core as well. We utilize dumbbell / weighted exercises, body weight moves and core moves to achieve maximum output in the 40 sec sprint.
Workout format:
4 Circuits - 3 moves per circuit 30 secs each
30 secs rest after each 3 moves
Repeat Each Circuit 4 times
