We booked our seats on Scoot Airlines from Singapore to Tokyo Narita — specifically choosing a row with only two seats so Brian and I could have it to ourselves. We even paid extra for seat selection.
But when we boarded... there was suddenly a middle seat in our row. Scoot had changed the aircraft model, sold the middle seat, and didn’t tell us until it was too late.
In this video, I break down the entire experience — from navigating Changi Airport, to boarding, and discovering how Scoot completely changed our seating situation.
