In this video I share with you my GO TO LOWER BODY WARM UP ROUTINE to help you increase blood flow, circulation, and prevent injuries in your quads, glutes, and hamstrings . Your goal when warming up is using light to moderate weight, high reps, short rest period, and explosive stretching movements to help increase your heart rate getting those muscles warm, pliable,and ready for a great training set ! Although these exercises are not difficult to execute as drop sets and super sets, they require you to get full plyometric stretch and speed.
EXERCISES SHOWN:
ROTATION #1 :
JUMP SQUATS HEAVY RESISTANCE BAND: 30 TOTAL JUMPS
LATERAL SQUATS: MEDIUM BAND 30 TOTAL JUMPS
ONE MINUTE REST PERIOD IN BETWEEN
