The Mediterranean Sea is teeming with life and potential—from fisheries and aquaculture to marine renewable energy. Yet, these resources face threats from overfishing, ocean acidification, and unsustainable practices. Our marine resource projects SPOWIND, 2B-BLUE, AZA4ICE and BLUE ECOSYSTEM aim to innovate sustainable solutions, ensuring the long-term health of our oceans while supporting the blue economy.
