On 6 November 2025, during the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona, the Interreg Euro-MED Innovative Sustainable Economy (ISE) Mission held the second MED Innovation Summit. This year’s theme was “ReWeaving Circular Governance in the Mediterranean”.
The event brought together innovators, local organisations, policymakers and businesses to explore how circular economy ideas and new ways of governing can turn waste – especially textile waste – into opportunities for sustainable growth across the Mediterranean region.
