What’s good y’all — today we went ALL OUT on leg day. Heavy hack squats, intense leg extensions to failure, supersets, and glute-focused Roman chair work. This was easily a 10/10 workout and my legs were shaking by the end.
We started with leg press to warm up, moved into heavy hack squats (up to 3 plates), then destroyed quads with heavy leg extensions and brutal failure sets. Finished off with controlled glute and hamstring work to completely fry the lower body.
I’m currently 183 lbs and slowly cutting down to 170 while maintaining strength and muscle. Switching between Arnold split and Push Pull Legs to keep intensity high and progress consistent.
